I would like to first thank the nursing staff Ellen and new for their excellent bedside manner, their kindness, professionalism and most of all the dignity they showed me as a patient. I felt welcome by their friendly smiles and pleasant attitudes I would like to also say how pleased I was with Dr Patel and Mrs Sho who did the procedure and their communication skills was excellent and they also showed me humanity in my vulnerable situation.
I actually enjoyed my experience
